Warranty Statement

1. Warranty Coverage

Offering comprehensive protection for all major components, including:

  • Chair mechanism (tilt and recline system)
  • Gas lift
  • Base and castors
  • Armrests mechanism
  • Frame and structure
  • Seat and backrest

2. Coverage & Limitation

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use and conditions.
Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered, including:

  • Fading, stains, or discoloration of mesh/fabric
  • Flattening or softening of seat foam due to prolonged sitting
  • Scratches or scuff marks from daily use

Damages resulting from misuse, alteration, modification, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or accidents are also excluded.

3. Terms of Warranty

Niture reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any warranty claim and to decide whether a defective part should be repaired or replaced.

If a replacement is required under this warranty and the defective material or model has been discontinued or is unavailable, Niture reserves the right to substitute a similar item of equal value. Otherwise, the same product or material will be provided for replacement.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Benefits conferred by this warranty cannot be assigned or extended to others.

If a replacement part is required during the warranty period:

  • The replacement part will be provided free of charge.
  • Delivery or courier charges will be borne by the buyer.
  • Customers may also choose to send in the chair/unit to Niture for assistance with the replacement, without incurring labour costs.
  • If an onsite visit is required, a service fee of RM250 per visit will apply.
    (Onsite service is available only within the Klang Valley area.)

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Niture shall not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from or related to the purchase, use, or inability to use any Niture product. 

Niture’s total liability, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the product that gave rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit Niture’s liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived or limited by contract.

5. Claim Procedure

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

  • Your Order ID or Invoice number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
