Ask Niture on WhatsAppJOM BUNDLE FAQ
Good to know before you Jom.
A few quick answers about Jom tiers, sharing, delivery and checkout.
What counts as 1 Jom Set?
1 eligible ergonomic chair + 1 eligible Tilt Desk = 1 Jom Set. The number of qualifying sets in your Jom group determines the Jom tier.
How do Jom 1, Jom 2 and Jom 3 work?
Jom 1 starts with 1 qualifying set, Jom 2 starts at 2 sets, and Jom 3 starts at 3 or more sets. As the group reaches a higher tier, qualifying sets receive the applicable Jom price.
Can my friends choose different chairs, colours or desk sizes?
Yes. Each person can choose their own eligible chair and Tilt Desk combination. Everyone does not need to buy the same workstation.
Can a Jom order be delivered to more than one address?
One checkout can use only one delivery address.
If different people in the same Jom group need delivery to different addresses, each person should open the shared Jom link, save their own workstation set(s), and complete their own checkout using their own delivery address.
Do all members of a Jom group need to pay together?
No. Each member can prepare and pay for their own saved Jom set(s) through their own checkout.
How long is a Jom group active?
A Jom group is active for 7 days from creation. Invite your friends using the shared Jom link before the Jom expires.
Where is Jom Bundle delivery available?
Jom Bundle currently includes free delivery and installation within West Malaysia only. Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan are not eligible at this time.
Can I use a coupon together with Jom pricing?
No. Jom Bundle already uses campaign pricing, so additional coupon discounts cannot be combined with a Jom order.
Can I choose Store Pickup for a Jom order?
No. Jom Bundle is currently set up for Jom Free Delivery & Installation to an eligible West Malaysia address.
