SINC Air at a Glance
A short visual overview of the chair’s design, movement and key ergonomic features.

Smart-Glide™ lifestyle comfort designed for a more relaxed, naturally reclined sitting position.
SINC Air is the lifestyle-focused model within the Niture SINC Series, created for users who naturally prefer to sit slightly leaned back rather than remain highly upright throughout the day.
It combines Niture’s Smart-Glide™ movement support with adjustable lower-back support, synchronized arm support, body-fit adjustments and breathable full-mesh comfort.
This makes SINC Air particularly suitable for relaxed home-office use, hybrid work, online meetings, reading, browsing, casual gaming and users who regularly move between work and recovery throughout the day.

SINC Air is the lifestyle-focused SINC model for users who prefer a naturally more reclined sitting position and regularly move between work, relaxation and recovery.
Prefer a more upright task posture, stronger lower-back control or a chair intended primarily for prolonged focus-oriented desk work.
SINC Air is the more relaxed and lifestyle-focused SINC model. Other SINC models place greater emphasis on balanced, upright or more intensive work-oriented support.
SINC Air combines an Auto Weight-Sensing Synchro Mechanism with Smart-Glide™ support, giving the recline system and back-support movement two separate roles.
The mechanism automatically adjusts how strongly the backrest pushes back according to the user's weight as they lean into recline, reducing the need to manually set recline tension.
Smart-Glide™ allows the back-support structure to move with the body, helping the backrest and lumbar area stay closer as the user's sitting position changes.
Smart-Glide™ can be locked at its original position or activated through the control lever.
Keep the Smart-Glide™ back-support structure at its original position when a more stable support feel is preferred.
Release the system through the lever and allow the back-support structure to follow body movement more freely.
The synchro mechanism controls the chair's recline resistance. Smart-Glide™ controls how the back-support structure moves relative to the user's body. Recline angle and locking positions are adjusted separately.
Start at the original lumbar position, then move the support forward through three 2 cm adjustment steps to set how closely it meets your lower back.
The original position counts as the first support level. Three additional forward adjustments provide four usable lumbar-depth positions in total.
After setting the depth, choose between a more responsive lumbar feel or a stable fixed position.
Allows the lumbar support to respond as your body changes position for a more flexible support feel.
Holds the lumbar support in position when you prefer more consistent lower-back contact.
Start from the original 0 cm position and increase the lumbar depth gradually. More forward support is not automatically better—the correct setting is the one that meets your lower back comfortably without feeling excessive.
Backrest height and headrest position can be adjusted separately, helping SINC Air fit different torso lengths, neck positions and preferred recline angles.
Raise or lower the backrest continuously through a 5 cm range to better align the lumbar and upper-back support with your torso.
Because torso length can differ even between people of the same height, stepless adjustment gives more precise control than fixed preset positions.
The dual-joint headrest combines depth, rotation and tilt adjustment so the support can be repositioned as your sitting and recline angle changes.
Adjust the backrest height first so the lumbar support aligns naturally with your lower back. Then position the headrest so it meets the neck comfortably rather than simply pushing against the back of the head.
SINC Air uses Niture’s 5D Dual-Axis armrest system, with the added benefit of synchronized movement as the backrest reclines.
As SINC Air reclines, the armrests move together with the chair instead of remaining in a fixed upright position.
This helps keep the arm support aligned more naturally as you move between working and more reclined sitting positions.
The underlying 5D Dual-Axis adjustment range is the same as the HAMMOCK Series. SINC Air adds synchronized movement with the recline mechanism.
Adjust height, width and pad orientation, then use the dual-axis structure to reposition the arm support across a wide front-to-back range.
The 54 cm range is created by the combined movement of two rotational axes. The arm pad does not simply slide forward and backward by 54 cm.
Set the height so your elbows can rest without lifting your shoulders. Then adjust width, rotation, pivot and dual-axis reach to bring the support closer to your forearms for desk work or farther back for more relaxed sitting.
SINC Air combines a 51 × 51 cm seat pan with four-step seat-depth adjustment from 44 to 50 cm, allowing the seat support to be positioned for different leg lengths.
Move the seat through four adjustment steps to change how much of the thighs are supported and how much space remains behind the knees.
SINC Air is available with two upholstery constructions, depending on the selected colour.
The physical seat pan measures approximately 51 × 51 cm. The 44–50 cm figure describes the adjustable sitting depth used to fit the seat to different leg lengths.
Move from the 110° upright position into three progressively deeper recline positions, then extend the footrest when you want a more relaxed position for reading, viewing content or a short recovery break.
The footrest pulls out from beneath the seat when you want additional leg support in a reclined position, then retracts when you return to normal desk use.
Change position briefly between periods of desk work.
Recline with the legs supported while reading or reviewing content.
Use the deeper recline positions for relaxed viewing.
Shift into a less task-oriented sitting position when desired.
For keyboard and mouse work, return to a position where your feet and forearms can be supported comfortably at desk height. The 135° and 150° positions are better suited to reading, viewing content or taking a short break than focused desk work.
The main difference between the SINC models is not simply how many adjustments they have. Start with the sitting character you prefer, then compare the level and type of support.

Key answers on fit, adjustment, recline and everyday use before you decide whether SINC Air suits you.
SINC Air is the more relaxed, lifestyle-focused model in the Niture SINC Series. It is designed for users who naturally prefer a more reclined sitting position and regularly move between desk work and relaxed activities.
The recommended starting range is approximately 160–190 cm. Actual fit also depends on leg length, torso length, seat depth, lumbar position and headrest reach.
SINC Air supports a maximum user load of up to 110 kg. Load capacity alone does not determine whether the chair will fit a particular body proportion comfortably.
The lumbar support has four total depth positions: 0 cm, +2 cm, +4 cm and +6 cm. This is created by three forward adjustment steps of 2 cm each. You can then use either Adaptive Lumbar Mode or Fixed Lumbar Mode.
Smart-Glide™ allows the back-support structure to move with the user so it can remain closer as the sitting position changes. The system can be locked at its original position or activated through the control lever.
SINC Air uses an Auto Weight-Sensing Synchro Mechanism. It automatically adjusts recline resistance according to the user's weight as they lean back, reducing the need to manually set recline tension.
SINC Air has four locking positions: 110°, 120°, 135° and 150°. The 110° position is the most upright, while 150° is the deepest recline position.
The Dual-Joint Adjustable Headrest provides 7-step depth adjustment across a 7 cm range, together with 70° rotation and 70° tilt.
Yes. SINC Air includes a retractable footrest intended for reclined activities such as reading, content viewing, casual gaming and short recovery breaks.
It can be used for everyday desk work, but its sitting character is more relaxed and reclined. Users who strongly prefer an upright, focus-oriented working posture should compare it with other SINC models before deciding.
SINC Air comes with a three-year product warranty, subject to Niture's applicable warranty terms and conditions.
Measurements help narrow the choice, but the final test is how the chair meets your own back, legs, neck and preferred sitting angle.
